Cottage Country's Best
Dock Builders in Kingston & Land O’ Lakes
Kingston is surrounded by some of Eastern Ontario’s best cottage country. From Loughborough Lake, Sydenham Lake and Buck Lake to Bobs Lake, and the many lakes throughout Frontenac and the Land O’ Lakes region, waterfront properties here range from sheltered bays and shallow shorelines to deep, rocky Canadian Shield lakes.
At Cottage Docks, we design and build custom floating docks and aluminum pole docks for the conditions found throughout the Kingston area. Whether you need a completely new dock, a boat lift, a larger swimming platform or accessories to make your waterfront easier to enjoy, we can create a system designed around your shoreline and how you use the lake.

Why Cottage Docks for Kingston & Area?
No two Kingston-area waterfronts are exactly alike. Water depth, lakebed conditions, exposure, shoreline rock and seasonal water movement can all influence which dock system makes the most sense.
Cottage Docks brings over 30 years of experience designing and building docks for Ontario cottage country. We can help you create a dock system that is stable, durable and designed for years of summers on the water.
Eastern Ontario Cottage Country Experience
The lakes north of Kingston include everything from deep, clear Canadian Shield water to sheltered bays, softer lakebeds and rocky shorelines. We design each dock around the conditions at the property rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Premium Materials
Our floating docks are built for Ontario cottage country using quality materials, including strong pressure-treated framing, durable decking and Techstar floats backed by our exclusive lifetime float warranty.
Designed for Your Waterfront
Your dock should work with your property. We consider shoreline access, water depth, exposure, boating, swimming and how much space you want for relaxing and entertaining.
End-to-End Service
From the first dock layout through construction, installation, boat lifts and accessories, Cottage Docks can help bring the entire waterfront together.
Our Floating Docks
ALL PURPOSEAvailable in Sandstone or BlackAll Purpose floating docks are one of our most popular options. They can be built in a wide range of sizes and configurations, making them an excellent choice for everything from a straightforward cottage dock to a large custom waterfront layout.
BUMPER FLOATAvailable in Sandstone or BlackBumper Float docks combine flotation and dock protection along the sides of the dock. They provide a clean finished appearance while helping protect boats alongside the dock.
SHORE MOUNTSShore Mount ConnectionKingston and Land O’ Lakes waterfronts can include rock, boulders, armour stone and soft or mixed shorelines. We can adapt the shore connection to suit the property and provide a practical transition from land to dock.
RAMPSAluminum or Wood RampsA ramp provides the connection between shore and a floating dock while allowing the dock to move naturally as water levels change. Ramp length and configuration can be tailored to your shoreline.
